The Power of Wanting with Lucinda Hayden

Like the moon, there’s always a side that we don’t see; this is what Lucinda Hayden has been helping people work with for the past 20 years.

Through her online trainings and live online courses, Lucinda guides you in a process called “Focusing” which provides a tangible way to create the life you want. Focusing is essentially a way to understand and dialogue with your Larger Self. In this way, we can start seeing the different parts of our lives that are in conflict with each other.

Lucinda helps you expand to become your largest most powerful self through this self-discovery process called “Focusing.”

Key Take-Aways

  • The term focusing isn’t “concentrating” more. No, it is connecting with the inner-self more deeply.

  • Sometimes we need another perspective to look at a problem to solve it.

  • A larger perspective of presence means situations can become clearer.

  • Change the way you say things about the conflict you are feeling.

  • Conflict is multi-layered - both inner and outer.
