Whole Brain Living: Our Take On Jill Bolte Taylor's new book

We are back doing a book preview!

This time, we are chatting about Whole Brain Living, by Jill Bolte Taylor, Ph.D. Susan has been binging this book lately and discussing it with CrisMarie. They discuss in depth how the author describes the brain in its entirety, the circuitry, and the non-divisiveness of our bodies and minds. Jill Bolte Taylor described the brain in four characters, two for the left side and two for the rights side. It’s a pretty easy explanation that for some people can be more accurate than the dual, traditional left-right brain we’ve been taught. There are multiple ways of knowing the parts that are inside of us, and this is a fun one.

We hope you are encouraged and excited to grab this book after hearing this episode!
