We want you to interrupt the negative habits and create positive habits for your life. Our everyday life is built upon habits, and the first step is to identify which ones can be harmful. Being kind to ourselves is a process that we can start working on every single morning. Whenever you feel in the weeds, try to switch your brain by playing some music, or watching a funny video on Youtube.
