Shifting From Holiday Stress to Gratitude and Joy

It’s the Holiday Season, and we all know the joy doesn’t come without some stress attached.

However, “‘tis the season to be jolly” after all. In this Beauty of Conflict episode, Susan and CrisMarie discuss how to shift that stress that will inevitably come to us during this season at the end of the year into gratitude and joy. There are many different types of celebrations and just as many expectations, conversations, reflections, and thoughts that can be stressful. Fortunately, there are many heartfelt, playful things and traditions to engage in during the holiday time. Ask yourself, what brings you back into a sense of joy, balance, or gratitude, and get in touch with it. You’ll notice the results within yourself and all around you.

Tune in and learn how to navigate the stressful side of the holidays and get the most joy and gratitude out of them!
