About Marcey Rader

Marcey Rader is passionate about empowering busy leaders and business owners to establish time boundaries, enhance focus and attention, improve their health, and lead happier, less stressful lives.

With a deep understanding of the roles of a corporate professional, road warrior, and business owner, Marcey openly acknowledges the mistakes she once made. She was a relentless, high-intensity, Type A (Awesome) achiever in her 20s and 30s, always driven to achieve higher promotions, conquer tougher races, close more clients, and tick off more boxes. She convinced herself that happiness, contentment, and self-care would come someday in the distant future.

The turning point occurred at the age of 39 when Marcey received a diagnosis of autoimmune disease and stress-induced amenorrhea, a condition she had suffered from for 12 years due to her high-burnout lifestyle. Realizing that she had ignored the impact of her lifestyle for too long, Marcey took matters into her own hands. She conducted extensive research, obtained certifications, and redefined her understanding of true productivity and health. This transformation was not only a gift to herself but also a profound benefit to her clients. Marcey now provides personalized support, accountability, and effective strategies to help individuals make significant progress in their careers, health, and pursuit of dreams.

Marcey firmly believes that productivity and health do not demand extreme self-discipline and willpower. Instead, they require commitment, knowledge, support, and behavior change. Marcey advocates for the importance of implementing the right systems to protect individuals from their own tendencies, and she emphasizes the value of cultivating sustainable habits over time.
