Moving from 2022 to 2023

It’s the most wonderful time to pause, reflect on the highs and lows of the year, and see how we can grow for 2023.

In this episode of the Beauty of Conflict, Susan takes the stand by herself and shares her own reflection on what 2022 was for her. She recaps some of the big global occurrences that happened throughout the year but also dives into her achievements and experiences, talking about the events that affected her, what she’s proud of, and even some that didn’t turn out the way she wanted but she’s still grateful for. She talks about some of the exciting work she and CrisMarie did in this podcast and the heartwarming moments she lived with her family. Susan speaks about a personal mantra and how finding one for the year can give her a clear intention, word, or theme to navigate the new year. Perhaps you can find some inspiration and decide to do the same.

Tune in and let Susan guide you into a reflection you can make about your own year!
