Lessons From The Horses

Updated: Sep 14, 2022

Equus work is a beautiful way to discover many things from oneself.

In this episode of the Beauty of Conflict, CrisMarie interviews Susan as she delves deep into the lessons she has learned from the horses in Equus work and why she enjoys doing this type of coaching so much. They relate their experiences with clients and horses to Jill Bolte Taylor’s characters and divisions of the brain. Having one-degree changes in the way we usually do things will ultimately lead us down another path, and as with horses, it is incredibly important to be in the present. The process of integrating and bringing yourself whole can be done in several ways, and Susan’s favorite is through Equus's work.
