About Nikola Milinkovic

Nikola Milinkovic has extensive international applied experience in sport and performance psychology with youth, high school, and professional athletes, coaches, and teams.


He played junior tennis in Serbia, transitioned into high school tennis in the Netherlands, and afterwards, college tennis in the US. As a professional, he directed sport psychology programs in high-performance academies in Florida and Connecticut and is currently working within the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) and the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA).


In addition to having worked in sport, Nikola transferred his professional sport and performance psychology expertise into the United Nations and the startup industry, focusing on team performance, culture building, and leadership coaching.


Nikola appeared on national television in Serbia and is an international published author, speaker, and presenter. He earned his BA degree in Psychology and Theater Arts from Clark University and his EdM degree in Counseling and Sport Psychology from Boston University. He is certified to administer and apply DISC behavioral assessments and is a certified professional tennis coach.
