Susan and CrisMarie usually wrap up their year with these two activities. They start going back through the year and bringing those memories that come afloat. These past two years have been full of uncertainty, but there are some silver linings that came out: Susan finishing her book and CrisMarie reconnecting with her family. You can review your year in different things: people that lift you up or not, your favorite activities, books, songs, and they all show something bout yourself. They share their composting and mandala process too!
