Are You Abdicating or Owning Your Part In The Systems You Are In?

Updated: Sep 19, 2022

Systemic thinking can be applied to anything in life, because in the end: we are all connected.

In this episode of the Beauty of Conflict, Susan and CrisMarie discuss how system thinking is related to everything in life: work, home, and relationships. There is a common thought that if the “weakest link” is removed from the equation, the problem will be solved, but we forget that we are all part of the same moving engine. Being able to see the bigger picture and recognizing the distinctions among things is an awareness level that can be trained. Groups are made up of individuals, and recognizing the individuals within the system is equally as valuable as recognizing the group.

We encourage you to think about how you are engaging in the systems around you, tune in and make the most of this!
