How You Tap Your Joy and Fuel Your Fire It’s not what you think…

Ever feel stuck?

You know what you want.

You’ve actually known for a while. You may even have a damn good idea what you need to do to make it happen, but darn it, you still stall, spin, and stay stuck.

Stuck in an old story.

Stuck in old patterns of behavior.

Stuck in a pessimistic mood.

Stuck in an old you!

I, Susan, know that place. I’d love to tell you that I’m over it, but I’m not wired that way. I am, though, much more aligned with what I want and I’ve created a life I love! Yet, when a new dream arises, I revisit those same fears, doubts, and old patterns.

Much of my coaching practice centers around helping people get through these stuck patterns by embracing the changes their lives and souls call out for. I don’t believe there’s a magic pill, but what I know to be true is that with intention, you can change your relationship to your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and your stuck-ness—which frees up your energy and makes things flow!

Now, it’s not like you get unstuck once and you’re done.

Your Soul Constantly Wants You to Grow

As long as you’re alive, your life will present you with changing circumstances.

Your own soul constantly wants you to grow.

So buckle up.

This is a lifelong process.

Learning how to work with it, rather than against it, is the magic formula.

Since this has been a challenge for me, I’ve mastered some simple and practical tools. You get the benefit of my persistent, relentless, and fruitful trial and error research. I’ll give you these tools to jump-start yourself.

When you choose to embrace, engage, and take responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, intentions and choices, the more opportunity you have to make a difference in how you move through your stuck-ness.


In our culture, there’s such a big focus your mind. Well, while your mind a great tool, I’m going to give you tools that are to ignite your body, your emotions, and your soul! How cool is that?

Now, these tools of mine are not deep dives into your psyche by the heavy lifting of changing your thoughts. No, this is going to be FUN and EASY! And it WORKS!

Your Senses

Before there were words, theories and concepts – humans were simply biological beings, operating through our senses. Our sensory abilities far outdate and out-produce our mental pathways!

Did you know, while the mind processes 11 million bits of information a second, the body processes 40 billion? This body of ours is an untapped resource, overshadowed by the mind. So, we want to support you by balancing that equation and getting back in touch with this powerful resource of your body.

You’re going to laugh. This tool is so simple.

It’s even free.

It’s available to you every moment.


I bet you don’t use it that much. It’s breath. Yep, O2. Most of us are breathing, but we’re really on life support. Did you know the fastest way to connect your mind to your body is to take a deeper breath? Yep!

You could do it right now.

  • Notice what you’re thinking right now.

  • Notice how you feel emotionally.

  • Notice what sensations you’re aware of in your body.

Now, pause and take 10 deep breaths. What’s changed?

  • What’s your mind doing now?

  • What emotions are you aware of?

  • What do you feel in your body?

Hey, you don’t have to stop at 10 breaths. Try laying down and breathing deeply for 8-10 minutes and notice what you feel like.

Now, this is just the first step, but it’s the most powerful way to connect back to your body.

Your Challenge for This Week

Slow down and notice what your mind is doing, what you are feeling emotionally, and what sensations you’re aware of?

Now, pause and take 10 deep, low belly breaths and check in again.

What shifted? What got more intense? What lessened? This is a key to connecting your mind back with your body.
