Creating Resilience: In Work and Life

In this episode of The Beauty of Conflict, Susan interviews CrisMarie about resilience.

This conversation came up after CrisMarie had a talk at the University of Washington’s Varsity Boat Club. CrisMarie was invited to her alma mater to give a speech to the freshmen and sophomore classes that were getting inducted into the club. Having a sense of belonging and inclusion is important for us as human beings to maintain a social healthy life. CrisMarie shares her three keys to getting into the right mindset: creating a connection, interrupting stress with joy breaks, and feeling the flow.

CrisMarie not only shares how she built her resiliency, but all the trials and tribulations she had to endure to get to where she is today; tune in and enjoy this heartwarming story.
