This assessment is a Web-based on-line assessment comprised of 54 questions that allows you to evaluate your Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Styles.
Upon completion you will receive a snapshot of your results along with a 7 page report with specific recommendations for building your Emotional Intelligence and working on your Leadership Styles.
